We are looking for an IT Officer to join our Head Office team in Athens.

The successful candidate should have: 

  • University Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related field;
  • Three years in a similar position (One year of experience preferably in the shipping industry);
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory 2008 R2 or newer, Microsoft OS and MS Office;
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization environments (VMware);
  • Very good knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
  • Knowledge of Linux Operating Systems would be a plus;
  • Knowledge of SQL command;
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Ability to travel abroad;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, team spirit, agile learner and a growth mindset.

We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent Engineer to join our Head Office team in Athens.

The successful candidate should have: 

  • University Degree in Naval Architecture and/or Marine Engineering and/or a Mechanical Engineering related field;
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a related field within the shipping industry, preferably in a shipping company operating tankers – will be considered an asset;
  • Basic knowledge of vessels, shipping operations and global trade;
  • Awareness of relevant national and international maritime rules, regulations, and legislation (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM) and flag state rules and regulations etc.;
  • Administrative and organisational skills;
  • Demonstrating resilience, with critical thinking and decision-making skills;
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Good PC knowledge and writing skills;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, team spirit and a growth mindset;
  • The ability to travel.
