Please review this document carefully regarding the collection and processing of personal information submitted through the Almi Tankers website. All applications for employment shall be treated confidentially. Requests not to inform your present organisation/line management about your application shall be respected. Any personal data you submit through our website will be automatically forwarded to our Crew Department and will be processed specifically and solely for recruitment and pre-employment purposes. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation. Personal data contained in your submitted CV shall be retained in our database for the period necessary to complete the recruitment process, but no longer than 12 months. You may withdraw your consent, review, update, or request removal of your personal information from our database at any time by contacting the Crew department at crew@almitankers.gr. You shall be contacted in case there is a match between your qualifications and the requirements of the position within the stated recruitment period. Your CV shall be stored in the secure IT environment of our Company and shall be deleted from our database after 12 months, unless you have been recruited, in which case your CV will form part of your employment file. Should you wish to be considered for available openings after this period you must re-submit your CV through our website. This document may be revised at any time at the Company’s sole discretion. It is your responsibility to be aware of any such revised documents by checking this webpage. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (679/2016/EU), for all the above-mentioned purposes of collecting your personal data, you may, at any time, exercise your rights as referred above either via e-mail at gdpr@almitankers.gr or via letter to the Almi Tankers S.A. headquarters (Attention of DPO).
