To guide our team members on their path to fully living our values, the People Focus Group, through collective participation, drafted the Charter of “Almi’s Values & Behaviours”. It aims to make clear how we are expected to behave according to our values.
It is reviewed regularly to ensure all team members feel it reflects the expected standards of behaviour, with the aim of creating an inclusive winning culture founded on trust and respect, making each team member’s contribution to our collective success feel valued and appreciated.
